Tuesday sessions at Taekwondo X now offer a range of training options to suit all goals and experience levels. Alongside our structured Taekwondo classes for beginners and developing students, we also offer a dedicated Women’s Self-Defence & Fitness class — designed to build confidence, fitness, and practical self-defence skills in a supportive, women-only environment.
Students can choose the class that best fits their goals, whether that’s progressing in Taekwondo or improving fitness, confidence, and personal safety.
TUESDAY WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENCE & FITNESS CLASS

The Women’s Self-Defence & Fitness class focuses on practical self-defence, fitness, confidence, and awareness.
TUESDAY TECHNICAL CLASS

🕔 5pm-6pm
🏷️ £140/Term
The 5pm session focuses on Taekwondo techniques, fundamentals, co-ordination and control.
TUESDAY POOMSAE (PATTERNS) CLASS

The 6pm session focuses on forms training, balance, precision, memory and performance skills.
