Flips & Kicks – A Unique Class Only at Taekwondo X

We’re proud to launch our very own Flips & Kicks program — a class you won’t find anywhere else! Created exclusively at Taekwondo X, this exciting new session blends Taekwondo training with gymnastics-inspired movement to help students grow stronger, more agile, and more creative in their martial arts journey.

Led by our own Instructor Lily — a qualified gymnastics coach and member of the GB Martial Arts Team, competing at the World Martial Arts Games in Norway this year — this class is designed to:

✅ Build balance, core strength, flexibility, and body control
✅ Learn fun skills like cartwheels, flips, and dynamic kicks
✅ Boost confidence with new challenges every week
✅ Add exciting moves to Taekwondo patterns, demos, and performances

A mixed class suitable for all levels and ages 6+

Flips & Kicks focuses on safe, progressive floor-based skills that complement and enhance Taekwondo. It’s the perfect way for students to have fun, get fitter, and expand their martial arts creativity!
