FRIDAY PRE-TAEKWONDO CLASS

Our Pre-Taekwondo class is perfect for our youngest students aged 3–5 years who are not yet ready for the beginner classes. This fun, energetic session introduces little ones to the mats while developing coordination, balance, basic techniques, and general fitness. It’s a gentle, playful introduction to Taekwondo that gives children a solid foundation before moving on to the beginner class once they’re older.

Flips & Kicks is a unique class offered only at Taekwondo X, blending Taekwondo with gymnastics-inspired movement. this class helps students become stronger, more agile, and more creative in their martial arts journey.

Students will:

      • Build balance, core strength, flexibility, and body control
      • Learn fun skills like cartwheels, flips, and dynamic kicks
      • Boost confidence with new challenges each week
      • Add exciting moves to Taekwondo patterns, demos, and performances

Drop-In Booking for single sessions of Flips & Kicks is also available!
