If you attended the OLYMPIC EDGE TAEKWONDO CAMP and need your certificate re-issued due to incorrect details, you can request a replacement below.
Please note: if the mistake was due to an error made on your original form, a re-issue fee applies to cover admin, printing, and/or postage costs.
