SQUAD TRAINING SESSIONS
To make sure you are more than prepared for the day and not to miss on this huge opportunity, we highly recommend that all athelte’s assist to ALL squad sessions and keep training and practicng in their own time.
Please note the squad training sessions on their own are not enough. Those sessions shoud show an improvmeent each time and will be used to practice, fix, and improve their perfomance and to receive feedback and advice on what to keep working on towards the next squad session.
Squad training sessions are not classes. Athletes are expected to come prepared and eager to work hard individually.
Each session will begin with a small introduction specifying what the focus of the session will be. After that the athetes are expected to start their own warm ups , stretchign exercises and their practice and coaches will be assistign and advicing as necessaary.
